Adjust Elec brakes

Gday all i was wondering if anyone knows much about electric brakes on caravns, trailers or so. We have electric brakes on our 18foot van and was wondering if they would be self adjusting drums or would i have to get them adjusted, there is not rubber boot to remove and make adjustment ????????. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I dont have a manufacturers name for the brakes

Arggh! Electric trailer brakes! In my experience they can be horrible things. :o The ones I have seen may claim to be self adjusting, but I never trust them. It is worthwhile to pull the drums off and check the magnets and wiring anyway, so adjust them then.
