Range Rover lift + tyres

If you were going to put as set of 33" 12.50 tyres on to a range rover . What lift would you put on. Ie would a 2 " lift do or would you need to do a body lift as well.

What have some of you on here done before.

Oh by the way its a LSE rangie, so it has the hi leval fuel filler

I have a couple of inches of spring lift along with 30 mm body lift and my 255/65 16 tyres will still rub on the inner wheel arches at the rear. It does flex very well at the back, not so well at the front.

Well if this size tyre rubs, then get out the grinder!

A 255/65/16 is equivalent to 29x10x16.
And that's a lot smaller than your planned 33x12.5s

I run 255 / 85 x 16 BFG MTs on my Rangie - has LRA flares and now 3" spring and 1" body lift. Oh and reversed Disco rims - no problems.

can get away with 2" sping and 1" body with flares.

So basically you are going to have to do a body lift. cant just get away with a 4" spring lift

Standard springs and a gaurd cut it'll rub the inner gaurds a little, body lift and it'll be fine

It has 33x12.5x15 2 in spring lift and choped to the max and they dont rub oh the rims are 30 mm offset

It will depend on your rims and bump stops. Extended bump stops and correctly offset rims will allow this tyre size.
