Has anyone here converted a series rover to power steering .i been looking into this for some time & i dont think it would be that hard i have all the tools to do it ...just move the front crossmember forward or peplace it.plate the rail so its stronger where the box is to be bolted on.as for the shaft if i pull apart the steering box i should be able to join the knuckle to the end of the steering colum & if the shaft isnt long enough i will get one made. & the link under the power steering box should do if i think the origanal mite be useable trial & error with it..

I've toyed with the idea of putting the "extra ram" type onto my 2a,.......

but I will follow this thread to see if a Rover Power Steering Box can be put in [or another make, for that matter!];)
