a question for someone who has done one lately
how long to change shocks in a D2 (with ACE not that I can see any diff)
I have to change the wife's (1 rear one **** and making horrible clunk)
will have to do at night cause never got a chance on the weekend :(
from what I can see (wheels on)
the rears look simple, maybe 2 hrs? (1hr of that will be jacking up, removing and refitting wheels)
fronts a bit of a pain as inside the shock towers so maybe 4 hrs?
anyone done lately and can confirm?
thanks
Jase

I have never removed the wheels to do the shocks, the rears are easy it is the fronts that are a pain as you have to remove the towers the right hand is tricker with the ace pipes in the way, also have some wd40 handy as the bolts that hold the shock at the bottom can be tight

Hi Jase
The fronts are real easy, undo the retaining bolts then the 4 bolts that hold the turret.Easp peasy, the rears are even easier.
