At 2.30pm this arvo i got the call i had been expecting ' better come to the hospital, like now', got there within 15 mins just as my wife was starting labour. At about 3.35 she got up to have a quick wee when the waters broke, less than 10 mins later baby Amy was born 7lb's 3 oz's 2 1/2 weeks early.

Both mum and bub are doing extremely well.

i'm excited !
Nick.

Congratulations....can be a rather exhausting experience hey......when my 5th daughter was born I finished up crashed out in the big lovely chair supplied by Caboolture Hospital. Nurses all came and took pictures.:D Oh and then Missus finally worked out what was causing the daughters to happen :o ;) :p .

Great to hear all are well.

Congratulations to both you and your wife.

Next time, instead of turning off all the rough edges, try putting a spout on the next one :)

Good on you both, glad all went well and with no complications.
