Does anyone know where you can buy the push button latches that you see on camper trailers, truck bodies etc?

You could try someone like Universal Engineers Supplies.
I think they are in every state. Or failing that any of the suppliers to body builders.

When I get to work tomorrow, I will check with our Brisbane office and get a couple of local names for you.

Thanks. I just read through the CAMEC catalogue and they don't sell them.

Just looked up Universal Engineers Supplies and they appear to sell what I am after.

That is on the other side of town to me. However I can drive past there twice a week for work so I might just drop in :).

I'll make a few calls this week to these places and see if they have Brissie dealers as well as the one in Virginia.
