Hi, my problem is that outlook jams up after opening the first couple of emails and then when i restart it again, it keeps getting the original email and the following 2 then jams again.
Is there wnyway i can delete the incoming emails??
Or is this a common problem with a simple fix??
Thanks in advance:D

You can probably log onto your email account via web browser and delete the problem email from the isp mail server.
Don't know about common problem or not, I switched to Thunderbird a while back and prefer it.
Cheers
Simon.

outlook and outlook express both have the same problem, they dont send an ack to the mail server for eash message they download, they do it after they have all the messages down, it sucks..it is a major pain in the ****... like the man above said, get thunderbird or better still buy thebat...

I use mailwasher from FireTrust, it has many features I like - it enables me to view email before downloading, it filters out spam and virus emails - it builds a blacklist, plus if when I am travelling and I get sent a huge file that I can't download due to very slow dial up speeds in certain parts of asia, I can delete it off the server, but still know who it came from so I can email them and advise to resend at, or after, a certain date, when I am back in the land of the living (adsl)
