hi guys & girls :D

this is my problem !!!

we have a team photo for my kids cricket team

now the problem is once we try and fit the large rectangle pic in they all go out of shape :(

what is the best way of getting these pics to work


as you might be able to tell guess i'm not very good with computers:angel:

Its because you are changing the proportions of the original picture.
To fit it in that area on the page you are making it longer sideways.

Only thing you can do is make the picture smaller ie keep the same height but not as long. That way it will look right. Maybe you could put the individual pic alongside the original to balance the page.

Go back to the original pic. When you resize it hold down the shift key, that should constrain the resize to keep it in proportion.

Another way is to go to the image properties and resize with the little chain icon in bold to keep it in proportion.

Crop the picture to the size space on the page that you want to fit. It'll cut off the edges.

For the future, Ray, get a copy of Photoshop, the basic vers is about $100 and does nearly eveything the Pro vers does - then learn it (or get the kids to) it's quite easy once you get the hang of it....

he has all the stuff to do it with


but he's away at the moment thats why i asked here
