Tutorial to change front hub seals?

I'm trying to find the posting done about last Christmas/New Year which showed how to change the seals in the front hub of a Disco - and NOT having any luck!.........Can somebody help me find it?:(

PS : It's not under Tutorials.

Remember to get the big circlip pliers - ie the ones in the picture on that other thread. The pair I could find in the shed was some $2 piece of trash that has four different heads to get the plier face at different angles to the handles - bent nose, straight nose, etc. also adjustable to inside and outside circlips. Damn things don't have great enough gape to do the circlips on LR axles.

Pity there wasn't anyone around to see me trying to get the circlips on again.

Axle goes in, axle comes out, axle goes in, axle goes out. You can imagine what it looked like with grease all over everything.

And, of course I was doing the work in my mum's back lane, I don't have any space on the street at my place that doesn't include too much traffic or slope, so couldn't nip to the shed for the right sized bolt so I could get a good grip on the bugger.
