HI all, I rarely post on this forum but thought I might let you all know that I am selling my Rangie. For verification as to its state Anthony P aka Grimace knows it well.

I bought the car in 2000 off the original purchaser in Dalby. I still have his original purchase receipt from the dealer. It was in great condition when I bought it and have since done the following.

Front ARB Winch Bar with high mount winch and Grame Cooper Brush Bar.
P76 4.4 Bored out to 5.0L running standard Carbs
Extractors
5 off 15 x 7 Hurricanes Ali rims PC Black with brand new 33 x 10.5 BFG

40mm body lift
Koni shocks all round
2 inch King Spring lift
Full internal tectyl

New interior Carpets and roof lining
Rear Maxi Drive
AC disconnected to run On board air. (Not done yet)

Spent heaps... Never use it though.. Grimace has seen it and knows the car.

Selling with roadworthy and rego.

$10000.00 no offers. It's the best condition 2 door you'll see. Don't say I'm dreaming till you see it please.

Simo on the sunshine coast also knows this vehicle well.

Email me for pics and or more info.

Heaps of extra bits.

For my roadworthy I have to replace front output shaft seal.

All else is good

Hi Matt,
I know your car! I even know where your nice rear light protectors came from- (my red rangie)
For anybody wanting to do some serious offroading in a well set-up car, yours seems pretty good value. Maybe what you're up against is that you can get a 1990 Rangie or thereabouts for the same money, but what people need to remember is that whatever car you buy, you can easily spend ten grand setting it up with the after market goodies (and necessaries e.g. Maxi drive) to cope with the demands of serious offroading, and yours has all that for the ten grand. So best of luck with your sale.
Catch you around,
Rob G

Hi Rob.. Yeah they themselves make it! Yep I know about the relative competition of other 4bs and agree. It all comes down to a persn who wants it all done and wants a perfect 2 door... Personal choice I guess.

if it goes for 10G sweet. But if not it can just go under a car cover in the shed.... I just hate having stuff I can't use anymore due to time...

Trust all is well.

Should sell it, like Rob said it's getting the right buyer and that always seems to take time

Wow Matt, what a great looking vehicle! What a cool wagon! I had forgotten how smart it looks, that is a real Main Beach car isn't it? What a terrific buy for anyone who doesn't want to start from scratch, because it is all done. Why don't you post the photo in the for sale forum, or have you already?
Still what you can be up against: I know of two Rangies sold recently, one a two door for $1.75 and a 1991 for $4,000. If you can pick a 90's vehicle up for that sort of money you really have to find the right buyer don't you?
Best of luck!!
cheers, robg
P.S. If you don't sell it, if I clean up my Shorty 90 can we go cruising up and down Tedder Avenue, could be worth a bit of (expensive) crumpet. I know how you attract the expensive ones!
