OziExplorer Maps - WA ?

Hi All

I eventually got around to buying a gps reciever.
I bought a bluetooth reciever that's solar powered, (partly anyway).

Anyhow..........after much mucking around I got it working :-)
I'm still only half sure how I managed it.

The thing is I have one map that only shows major roads between north perth and Seabird.
Would anyone have any maps that can be ? opened ? into Oziexplorer I can appropriate?

I'm would be looking for Lancelin/Cervantes area and Harvey area, even better if I can see minor roads too.
But I wouldn't say no to any really.

I know I can buy a set but I read somewhere that any map can be added to OziExplorer and "calibrated"? to use it.

I'm still S l o w l y working on a 12v car-puter that can stay resident in my rangie for GPS, DVD, MP3 use. It'll happen eventually.
I have all the parts now I just need a wiring diagram for a USB port and I can start so if you happen to see one one the net some where let me know.

I have vic and nsw maps but none of the west, try looking on the gps australia forum as there have been some maps circulated that have already been calibrated for Ozi Ex.

Ive got the whole of Oz on 250k maps that should cover what you need, I have them in oziexploreer format and in oziCE format but they are quite sizey... email or pm me and I'll see what i can do for you.. ATM im on loaned pcs and dialups so it may be a while b4 i can send them to you.
