raining at easter...who'd have guessed that?
especially annoying when you have to pull the tank sensor out and realign it and pull the carby's off and clean out the float chambers...all before you go away tomorrow and you don't have shelter to work under

that's right Mick. one of my mates is a cartoonist and he did it for me when i had my own contracting business. i was driving a red VW transporter with that as part of my signage. about 2 ft high.
this was back in the early nineties when i still had a bit of hair.

Unfortunately it's NOT raining in Kalgoorlie, and I have just been conned into helping my young bloke pull the engine and gearbox out of his Honda Civic.
Oh well ............... the beer fridge is well stocked.

Amazing isn't it. Bit of rain overnight, and still bright and sunny on the south side, but a lot of cloud to the north.
Don't want too much rain, as we will be hopefully doing hazard reductions next weekend.

Finally got to do the welding on the trailer, but I forgot it was a while since I did welding, and the welder I borrowed was pretty cheap. The brackets were awkward to get at too so I'm not too happy with the job but at least the trailer is more rigid for my trip to Mallala(South Australia) in a week and a bit.
