If you only have a couple of hours to spare, I'd say Appin is about your only choice.
There's Newnes SF & the Watagans but they're a fair distance (for me anyway ;) ).

Whereabouts in Sydney are you ?

I have only been to Appin a couple of times so I don't really know of too many tracks. I can point out the damaging rocks though (they'll have silver paint on them :twisted: ).

(Edit: I have some rims to paint also so I might not be able to get out for a full day, if at all)
