Does anyone listen to AM? None of my radios have had an AM station tuned in for years.

G'day MarknDeb
I'm guessing you would want something a little older, but I think I still have the original Landrover Tape deck AM/FM out of my 97 Discovery TDI. Not in good ole Brisbane but I'm sure postage wouldn't be that much.

I have an original 1997 Defender radio somewhere in the garage. I cannot remember if it had a cassette player on it as well. You are welcome to it and it is free, if I can find it. Send me a PM sometime and we will work something out.
I also have a steel roof rack to suit the same but it's not free but cheap.

Mark, I tried to reply to your PM but received the following error.

There could be something in your settings stopping replies. Anyway I will have a look for the radio in the morning and either PM you if it works or post a reply here.

No pics yet but it is one piece 25mm tube construction with 20mm cross tube. Overall size is 1800mm long x 1357mm wide. It is a professional unit and has MCLEOD stamped inside if one of the legs.
I can get pics posted as needed. I have been meaning to list this for a while but I have been crook.

I found the unit first pop in the garage! I had a feeling that it was in the old answering machine box, where else would I put it!
It is a Eurovox model 6315 OE that came in my 1997 Defender. What makes it Land Rover is the Land Rover green oval on the cassette door. I have the operating manual and security code as well.
I don't have a wiring diagram but http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f31/eurovox-wiring-help-17675.html should help, if not I am sure plenty of help will come from AULRO members.
I don't usually put my phone number in threads but it is 3890 1974. Ring me and we will work out a time.
