now they look a better suited than what you were running.

What are they? Mickey MTZ's?

what size ?

Wazza

They are Mickey Wildcat EXT's 255/70/16's

They are a tyre that they are phasing out over the next year and were sent to Aust by mistake.

Apparently it is slightly more aggressive than the MTZ but only slightly like 70 mud/30 sand road. or something.

They were quiet well priced.

Cheers

ah stuff it getting trickier again... they're not Mickey Thompson tires... they Dean's or Les Schwab depending on what country you buy them in... made by Coopers

They had Mickey Thompson Wildcat stickers on the Tread when they fitted them????

U know the type of sticker that tells you size tread etc etc

HMMM interesting....

yeah just done some googling and the Les Schwab was the name that came up the most but a few references that say are made by Coopers.

but must admit the pattern looks almost identical to a Kumho MT.

bets bit though is a few posts from guys running them on dodges who have 30,000 miles on them so far and still good tread so looks like they last which could emphasise they're made by Coopers.

either way you look at it seems to be a good tyre... CONGRATS

Cheers thanks for the Info.

Just curious why they would market them that way?

Anyway if they are coopers then they should be ok as well.

at under 200 a tyre as long as they go ok i am happy

Yeah Camo

Going to run 2 sets. A "normal tyre" to go to school etc and then a play set for trips.

Just Spoke to the tyre shop i bought them from. (about another issue but more on that later) and they assured me they are Mickey's or at least marketed by Mickey's. Not really the same thing though.

Megan remembers sitting in the showroom on Saturday looking through the displays there and seeing the tyres on the mickey thompson charts as well as some wildcat ATZ's which i cant see listed anywhere either?

This is in a large tyre store in brisbane that specializes in 4x4 tyres.

Im confused and my head hurts

How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking? Just bought 4 x 265/75/16 BFG Muddies with 80% tread left for $450 (with Rims - I don't think they are D2 rims - Haven't picked em up yet + AT spare)

Wazza

$185 per tyre

What are you going to do with the rims if they don't fit. ;)

That is a great price.

IceFyre

Well the rims probably wont fit, was only after the rubber. Wasn't expecting him to give me the rims as well.
