We've worked it out...
On average I only need to undo/replace 12 bolts in a 2 hour period and I can justify my days work on paper........
when you put it that way it doesnt sound like much does it.

Does rather depend on where the 12 bolts are located though. :)

I only have to make one right decision and I can justify my pay for a year :cool:
Make a wrong one and I can kiss my pay goodbye for 35 years (calculated at full pay rate) :(

Me I do as I friggin well please, self employed Tradesman is the last vestibule of freedom in this over regulated world.. Supervisor wanted me to sign a no alchol on worksite agreement (ie beers after work)..told him to get phuked.. he said "oh well I tried" then shared a stubbie with us..lol After work of course..washes cement dust down....
