Land Rovers for hire in Cairns

Does anyone know any companies that hire land rovers in Cairns? Even if only for a day.

We don't own one but thought it would be a good way to try one out whilst on a holiday. Either a Defender or Discovery.

None of the major companies do and the Britz type ones I know of all use Tojo's.

I can't ever recall hearing of anyone in Australia hiring Land Rovers:confused:

If you want to hire a Land Rover, for $170 per day (discounts for longer rental) you can get a 300Tdi defender with dual batteries, fridge, UHF, kitchen, recovery gear.....

The catch is that you have to holiday in Victoria.

I don't know them, I haven't used them personally, but it looks like a good holiday option. I'm sure some of the LROCV guys could vouch for them.

So how about a holiday in freezing sleet instead of sunshine?
