I used to drive a Nissan Homer just like that.

My knees touched the dash, my head touched the roof, never drove without the window open, had the shift on the column.

That was a little tight for me, I got rid of it because I couldn't stop thinking about how close my knees were to the car in front and where I wouldn't be going in a crash.
