As the BOM has stated above, has anyone down south been hit yet. What time is it going to hit the Sydney area?

I had better move the P38A from the back yard.

I just got into the city from Hornsby. Wet the whole way down, but nothing too unpleasant.
I was surprised how cautious most drivers were on the roads and generally polite. I even got tooted by a passing dark coloured disco at Waitara.
It's still sprinkiing here, with a little bit of wind, but nothing nasty.

Ron, you could always park it under a tree and hope it gets totalled in the storm. Think of the insurance payout, and no more headaches fixing things on it :D

We have just moved things from the backyard into the bottom room and have put stuff from outside the garage into the garage, don't know if it will help as the side wall has already been blown off, have a tarp up covering the hole and i have tied extra ropes to it to help.
I just hope the weather won't be as bad as they say, because we are on the edge of the Illawarra escarpment and it gets bloody windy here without storm fronts to help it.

Freezing. Still raining like it has most of the day. Sleet has eased off at least. The truck spill is also still being cleaned up.

Ron - Park it down by the river, it's sure to be washed in when the heavy rain comes.

did the flex plate crack from the extra stress placed upon it by trying to drive through the flooded streets after the storm.......?
you know....the one we are about to have........
or.......maybe it was hot...and the cold water caused it to crack.......

Well up here around the Gosford area no problems to speak of. I am glad it did not turn out to be as bad as first expected.
