OK so I have the standard australia maps that came with tomtom.
Tomtom is pretty good around the streets but looks a bit crap for off road.
Gazzetted roads only.

Can I change or add off road/topo maps like you can in Oziexplorer to tomtom on a PDA?

No you are stuck with TT sensis maps, but you can run Ozi Ce on a pda but not on the Palm OS. I have the latest TT6 maps released this month.

I'm glad thr palm PDA was a freebe from work.
Maybe I'll look into other GPS solutions for off road.

I already have Oziexplorer and maps I just need to get myslef into gear and sort out my, (long, long time in the making) carputer.

There are PDA's available with GPS capability. Are they any good for running Ozexplore and downloaded maps?

Cheers,

Lionel

As long as Ozi Ce is supported by your pda's os it will be good.
