NFI what they are but, try "Tools", then "Internet options", then "Privacy".
You can adjust your Cookies level there.
I assume you'd need to go down to "Accept all Cookies".

Cookies are small bits of data which websites transfer to your computer so that they recognise you next time (and possibly for other more or less nefarious purposes). Your browser will have somewhere in its settings, probably under security or privacy, options as to whether or not to accept these and a choice of various conditions under which to accept them.
(In mine it is under Settings-configure-cookies)

as for cookies,,
allow permanent for places like banks etc,,
places you just visit, make your browser setting
"till end of session"
or just run CC everyday.

I agree but actually don't follow this advice:(. I allow all cookies but I run spybot regularly which detects many unwanted cookies. It is free and well regarded. http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
IMHO I think it is better to get your firewall right and run something like spybot to check for adware etc than get too paranoid about cookies.
But be careful who is with you when you run SpYbot. I got a call from my sister-in-law as their PC was playing up and her hubby was off at the Cricket World Cup. My 12yr old nephew sat next to me as I ran SpyBot (which fixed the problem) and a massive list of porn-site cookies came up on the screen. I sat there hoping and praying he didn't ask me any questions about why his Dad had porn-site cookies. Maybe they were his, not his Dads! Almost as funny as the time I helped an old guy with his son's computer and I found a bunch of gay porn. I closed that window damn quick.
