I'm looking for a set of tall but not to wide all terrain tyres
something like 265 or 285/85-16 would be perfect
(looking for close to 35" tall but NOT 12+" wide)
anyone know any brands that come in this size?
I can't find anything in the major brands, closest I've found is coopers do a 255/85 (& BFG a mud tyre in 255/85 also) = 33"
reason? I'm jacking up the fender to fit some 36" simex play tyres but will run some all terrain tyres as a daily driver & I don't want it to look silly on std 235/85's (32") with huge wheel arch gaps
thanks

I have just finished a D1 for a customer and we fitted 255 /85 /16 Maxxis Bighorn mud Terrains. Very close to a 35" and fitted under a D1 with a 4" lift and a bit of front and rear guard trimming. Great on road and very good off road.
Worth a look.

Yeah I though 33 - I just bought some of these, $270 ea although you may get them cheaper if you shop around, I couldn't be bothered.
Love em so far. Best thing is my speedo is now spot on.

I think most 35s start at a 10.5 and go up from there.

Yeah I think the 8.25R16's are about a 34 or similar. Very much truck tyres though.
