Going to DUBBO

Missus wants to go to Dubbo, to visit the Zoo. So we are off abouts the begining of August after we take delivery of the new car, which is apparently on a boat floating around the Indian Ocean somewhere.

So where is a good place to stay for a few days and and whats to see.

I know there is the Zoo and a museum, but what else is worthwhile having a gander at.:eek:

Tell us what dates your going, the kids have been hassling me to take the Land Rover on safari for ages now.

Major attraction in Dubbo apart from the zoo is th Old Dubbo Gaol, but there is also Dundullimal homestead and, a bit further away, Wellington Caves and Phosphate mine.
