hey guys

does anyone know of a good builder in the sydney region........we want to have or large shed/granny anex/utility room

knocked down and replaced with a double garage with some extra space/room on the side for the washing machine to go etc

the shed that needs removing is asbestos we think

If it is asbestos you will have to get in someone who is a licenced for asbestos removal - it's horrid stuff - and when they do the job, just make sure you are somewhere else.

The asbestos laws are very stringent these days. Demolition requirements are very specific and costly. Pays well if your working in the removal game though.
