Hi all,

I have just gotten some dodgy tenants out and they left a bunch of mostly crap behind. There is a gas tank there. I have no idea what condition etc it may be in or if it's of any good for someone to re use. all I can say is that it has a Manchester Tank sticker on it, a 7/2000 date stamp and says it's 80 litres. Would it be of any value to anyone or do I just get rid of it?

You could try Ebay but I tried selling a similar one not long ago- no bites.
I think the certifications and Gov't rebates have mostly killed off secondhand LPG stuff.:(

Depending on freight I know someone who would want it. He is always buying secondhand gas gear. If the tanks are out of date but have gas in them then he uses the gas. Tanks that are still ok he gets re stamped and reinstalls them in vehicles. Those that are still in date just get used.
