buzzing or humming until headlights switched on

Hi guys 93 v8 disco buzzes until headlights are switched on then goes away until you put the indicator on with the brakes and headlights on the it makes aping ping noise in time with the indicator until one of the aboved mentioned is switched off.Have replaced the flasher can didn't help(bloody noise is doing my head in:mad:)

Is this like a relay trying to pull in buzzing noise?
or an actual warning buzzer noise?
..for say a failed light globe warning / alert?
