Well thank you to Scouse and Paul (awabbit). Scouse for providing and Paul for transporting.
I spent today cutting large pieces of bodywork out of the disco :(
The end result though is a much better look and fit for the tyres. The tyres are 235/85/16 by the way. I think this comes out as 31 inches in the old money.
Now i have to mentally prepare myself for the rear guards. The back sections look nice and easy but cutting up the doors has me worried as well as trying to space out the flares for the doors.
Now ive got to track down an engineer to finish off the bull bar mods as well :p

They're DII arches right?

I'm lucky in that fitting extension arches to a three door is much less grief than a 5 door.
In saying that....a mate of mine has done his 5 door and the results were superb...he's not a fabricator and anything mechanical....flies 777 Jumbo jets!

Good luck.

Yep they're D2 flares, fairly straight forward except for the back door section. NM I know, I'm bad, but if I've got it in the garage i may as well put em on. Hoping to get the springs in this week as well. As much as I want that defender I cant see it happening any time soon now that I'm the proud new owner of a three bedroom mortage.

I have got some of them for the Rangie. How did you attach them?
