Hi - I know there was a change in the headlight/indicator set-up between 91-93 and 94-98 Discos, but does this mean that the front guards are different? I'm currently chasing up a front RHS guard for a 93 Disco and an interstate wrecker has a 97 guard for $175 which is cheap, but probably the wrong fit!

I assume they are different as the indicators are different in size between the two models.

I have just done a update headlamp (94 on) conversion on a 93, and can confirm the front of the guards are the same where the indicators fit, on the later one there is a small bracket rivetted on to support the under headlamp trim. I just re rivetted it to the early guard and all fits perfectly. I can not tell though if the guard is different anywhere else though....

I'm a bit confused by this - this suggests that the 95 and 96 model front 'wings' are also different, as they have different part numbers - which surely can't be the case???

I dont want to hijack the thread but Justin how hard was it to convert the headlights? and are they better than the smaller ones? my lights are buggered and I need to replace them was wondering if it is worth the effort?
