Apologies if this is peddling in the wrong place but we'll get to that, you'll see what I mean. Someone can please move to market alerts if this tech goes nowhere.:angel:

Dad is having a cleanout and he has a few landrover items from his old 2A.
One is a bellhousing adaptor which, as best he recalls, should be for the 2A to holden red; is it wanted and can anybody give me any ideas what it may be worth? Same goes for the second bit of kit; a Capstan winch, he's pretty sure all or at least most of the bits are there. I trawled a bit & found an old thread of LandyAndy's guessing it could be worth $700? or more importantly...

Now we get to the good bit and why I have posted here;
Is it feasible to attempt to fit it to my Disco?:D

While I suppose anything is possible with enough time, money and effort (Thinking - fit it with a hydraulic motor running off a gearbox driven hydraulic pump, fit it to a purpose built bullbar, redesign the front panels etc) - the practical answer is - NO!

I considered one up here recently and it was all there for $200. I still said no.
