just think, they would need trainers, [trial customers, you might say]supplied at the uni's expense, sort of like trainee doc's need cadavers, 'cept we [i'll reccomend you] will be very much alive,
i'm even prepared to give a healthy discount, or bulk rate for consistant repeat consultations.
no sheep involvement.

Uh OH...just had a terrible thought :o

What about all those elderly folk doing Uni courses to keep there brains active :o
