Some time ago now I was in the process of doing up a list of acronyms and their meaning to help the newbies who have no idea what things like IIA, CDL, D110, FC101 ment. Unfortunately due to time constraints on my side of the world the project was side tracked and fogotten...

a posting in the main bushmasters thread in REMLR has bought a similar topic to light.

so since I expect in the next 3 weeks to get 10 mins to my self I'll bring the project back to life but what I now want to know is...

1. how many people are interested
2. do you also want a military acronym set done?
3. What acronyms do you want?

It would be great if someone who knows how to set up a poll could set one up for me with the following responses to the following question

Do you want to see a set of acronym decoders?

1. yes both Military and LR specific
2. Yes but just Landrover
3. Yes but just Military
4. Nope.

and Ideally if you post yes you would include at least 1 acronym that you want decoded to make sure that I get them all.

G'day Blknight.aus :)

I think that the acronyms would be a good Idea and very helpful, the military ones partularly, as well as the Landrover specific, as there are a lot of people both here and O/seas that are not familiar with RAEME , RAAC, RAAMC,etc. as well as WO1, WO2, DSTO ;) Choco's, Sunday Soldiers,Nasho's, and a quick rundown on current bases, exercise grounds,(Camp Pooki, Pukka, Shoalie)

When ever time permits:D

Yes please via a poll which, as you suggest, gives a place to put a few of greatest interest.
