Them hiluxes were rubbish.

Was abit dissapointing to see the lack of improvement from the modified rigs (specialy the equipe)

Considering I have seen $500 hack job budget suspensions that flex more

The RC 90 was by far the winner :D

I was very annoyed, I wanted to put mine on the ramp but the organisers would let anyone else on as it "had to be pre organised". Couldn't understand the point of the Hi-Lux's been on a ramp at a Land Rover Expo....

sounded to me lie a few of them may of done a bit better if they hadn't bottomed out on the front bullbars

A lot of preparatory work did go into that - namely sorting out the insurance.

As for the distance travelled, diff locks weren't allowed, so everyone spun on the grass in about the same spot. Except one hilux with a welded diff.

Now, on the concrete, with diff locks would be another story...

Fair enough. Now the president knows for next year

How come you couldn't run the rear locker??

RTI ramp should be tested without rear locker. or any locker for that fact.
And on concrete is the better scenario, drive must be gradual until one tyre looses traction/no forward motion. No run up or momentum.
I could get to the top of that ramp in a lada if i had enough run up :D

I noticed that at the tuff truck challenge and stuff it really doesnt matter as its just to show off for the crowd, but if you want a good idea of how your truck flexes and to see real suspension improvements you should do RTI in the way I mention above.

AND WHY WASNT DAZ ALLOWED ON THE RAMP
