A tip to get off seized-on mags.
Mine were stuck on when I went to change the wheel.

Loosen the nuts slightly (NOT TILL THEY'RE ON THE END OF THEIR STUDS!! JUST A FEW MILLIMETRES OUT). Then drive the car forward or back while turning side to side. Stop and rims will have come free!;)

Might get you out of trouble in the bush.

Dave.

Yes, I've recommended that method to a few people on the RR.net forum.

Make sure you put some anti-seize on the hub before refitting the wheel.

And if you thinks its a problem, add Bauxite dust to the equation

Like Ron said apply anti-sieze or a good marine grade grease before refitting the wheel.

You up at Gove are you, I know what that bauxite dust is like, I operated the Crusher at the mine and the primary and secondary screeners and we had to use jack hammers inside the chutes to clear them out, that was a long time ago, put through the first ore, regards Frank.
