Disco 2 keys

Does anyone know what you need to get a secondhand key programmed for a disco 2? For example if there was a key on ebay, what would be needed apart from a blank shaft, to program the fob for my vehicle?
Also does anyone know if US keys are on the same frequency as ours?

There are 2 frequencies used in the D2's a dealer can tell you which yours has based on the VIN. You must get the 2 barcodes with the fob for it to be programmed in to the BCU.
