Hey guys, does anyone know someone who does a kit of poly bushes, for a fender or do you have to buy them all separately??

I'd advise you dont fit poly bushes...
You'll hate the ride and the flex will be lost...
Yes, there are softer durometer Urethanes avail but the elastomer still doesnt perform as nice as Neoprene/Butyl rubber in the offroad relm.

Stick with the rubber oe bush's, in your dusty dry area they will actually chew out quicker than rubber and the ride will be harsh.

I must agree, I've had polys for 30-40,000 klm now and am getting sick of the harsher ride. Good wearability though, I was going to replace them when they wear out, but I cant wait that long.

In all fairness I have the Pommy Deflex Orange Bushes and I havent noticed a drama in flex or ride but then again coils are so much more forgiving then leafys
TREX they cost me about $157 from Paddocks opposed (whole Kit) to the $350 WA suspensions wanted for an Identical Item:twisted:
I'm replacing them as I go with suspension Upgrades

and the Super Pro ones actually allow more flex on the chassis end of the rear lower trailing arms due to a (IMO) far better design than the OE ones. Their bushes aren't just copies of the OE ones, they try to make them better by re-designing them.
I generally dislike poly in a rotating bush, but have used the Super Pro ones at the chassis end of the A frame and they've been fine now for about 100000km without a squeak (I drive on dirt and cross a river causeway at least twice a day) and eliminated a major clunk between the crush tube and the bolt.
I've spoken to the chief engineer up at Fulcrums a few times, typical engineer, prepared to discuss the plusses and minuses of polyurethane and it's application.
There is a well known Landy workshop just down the road from Fulcrum who test out there designs on several of their cars including a rockcrawler before they go into production.

worked for a couple of years as a race car mechanic/set up engineer. ;) (a long time ago, now)
Was lucky to work with really good mechanical engineer and a couple of good drivers.
