I have a miotech digiwalker c220. It runs on windows CE and has an SD card input. Can I run topo maps on it and if so where to get them from?

sure can, ozi CE and any topo maps that run on that work fine.

The link is for the nsw maps from the gps australia site, i have nsw and vic in both large scale for pc and compressed versions for pda for ozi ce.

No tassie maps when i got my dvd :( and vic or nsw only came as a bonus as some good person put them together before passing on to the next.
