That guy was keen, would look a little out of place over there.
Reminds me of the time I saw a yellow HQ Monaro parked in Earls Court rd, London, didn't quite look right.

That one was made to the original specs. So the blower is not actually connected. That type of blower on a Ford V8 will not fit properly or operate. Basically just a shell bolted on for looks as the one that would fit the Ford V8 did not look the part as per original movie car. I remember watching a show on Fox that showed this car and the build up.
Sorry to spoil any illusions.

I have seen a few aussie cars in London, a few XW's, a charger and even saw a mid 80's fairlane towing a trailer with a race car on down the M1. I when i was in Kenya and Zimbabwe i saw some HD and HR holdens, also in South Africa saw heaps of XA-Xb falcons, HQ/HJ holdens and some Valiants. I drove from Jo'burg down to Capetown and along the coast back up to Durban and then back across to Jo'burg and while driving thru the Transkei ( homeland) i saw one of those large Chryles Pentastar sign. Most of the aussie cars were badged as US makes like holden as chevy and ford utes as ranchero's.
