My parts list doesn't show any difference for the D2 of various years.

front SDB000380
rear SDB000470

However, it's possible that the parts were updated for all models after my parts list was printed.

Im fairly sure that front and rear rotors are the same across the breeds, the fronts are slotted and the rears are solids..

Disco 1 rotors fit deefers.

Im also fairly sure that the front can run on the back as well...

The difference will be 99 D1 to 99 D2.
It was the changeover time, most D1 gear is labled up to 99,where D2 is 99 onwards(sometimes 98 onwards)

So series II discos started 99 then is that correct????????

Released in Australia in 1999, but released in England in 1998, confusing ain't it;)

This is why the build date is important here in Oz, my D2 was released as a 2001 model, but the build date is 2000:eek:

The new model year starts around October.

One needs to check the year code, e.g. MA is 1995, TA is 1996 (but may be built in 1995), etc.

For example, the 1995 RR classic, the 1995 RR 38A, the 1995 Disco (and probably Defender) are all year code MA (except in the USA).
