Help me find a tdi Disco!

Hope this is ok here.

G'day everyone. I'm currently on the lookout for a Disco. Looking for 96-99, tdi only, auto or manual- kind of prefer auto but not especially important and with reasonble km's. looking to spend sub 10k. And in Vic (perferably). I'm happy to travel for the right car. I'm in NE Vic and will travel anywhere in Vic, and into nsw if need be.

So far I have only come across a few that have been good value, low(ish) km, late model (to me!)Discos and they have sold before I got a chance to have a look. Ive been looking at Carsales, Drive and the trading post so if anyone sees anything that they think maybe of interest, please let me know here or via pm.

I figure with some of you people in the know, someone here maybe able to help me out....Please!

To give an idea:
97 Disco tdi, auto, 206,000km, dark green, bull bar, alloys, vgc, very neat vehicle, rwc, $7990 (sold)

98 Disco tdi, manual, 300,000km, blue, alloys, vgc, rwc, $8990

95 Disco tdi manual, 235,000km, maroon, beige interior vgc, rwc, $7499 (sold)

I was told the '95 model was to expensive and better buys would come up.
Looking at trading post, carsales, drive etc most seem to be priced over 10k- even for 93/94 models. Am I asking to much by trying to keep under $10k. I found what looks to be a pearler on trading post (auto, 246000km, no real extras) but asking $13k. Imo that is quite a bit to much.

Please keep an eye out still!
