Ah yes, good to be back. I have been dropping in everynow and then to read what was going on, but had trouble posting so couldn't comment. Now thats sorted will be able to keep in touch.
Had a week off a couple of weeks ago during the Australian Safari. Got some good pics of the Boys in the Defenders. Yeah, yeah I know, didn't happen unless there is pics. Will post when I get time.
One of the highlights was seeing a mob of wild Camels around the Laverton area. The mate I was with did a "Mick Dundee", managed to walk right up to them and even gave a couple a pat. Been going out the bush for years and never seen that done before. Mind you I have usually been shooting at them and could understand why they ran away. Managed to reduce the Feral goat population by a couple but could not get over how many where around.
Landy went like a treat and seemed to enjoy the run. Got great Km/litre, and at the crazy $$ being charged for diesel was a relief to say the least.
