Yeah thats one of the funniest movies for the antics of that poor little series 1, the bit where she pulled herself up the tree and was dangling at the end of the winch cable is just poetry in motion

I wonder if that Landy is in a museum somewhere.

I remember when that film came out that the little series 1 did not always bring laughter, there was definitely some been there, mine did that, I didn't laugh at the time...

A must see movie for all Landy buffs. I can relate to the handbrake, of lack thereof, on the hill.

A classic quote from the movie sums it up,

"why do they always put the bl:(:(dy nuts where the bl:(:(dy spanner can't get at 'em"?

This movie makes the Leyland Brothers look tame.

If you don't have the movie, let the family know for Christmas! Then they will know you are nuts.

Geez, it goes real fast for a Series, and on somewhat less than 4 cylinders.:D:D:D

The passenger was nice;););)

Must have a look at it again sometime.......

I remember seeing the plywood base when it was up the tree hiding the missing engine.

I think that movie still holds the record for the longest running movie in brisbane, was on at the Crystal Theatre in Brissy for ages

The very next day after we got the 'Old Girl' Dad rented it for us and it was on TV the same night.
