Perhaps not exciting news to most, but along with Finland and Denmark, New Zealand has just been ranked by a European organisation as one of the world's least corrupt countries. And the only other southern hemisphere country that gets to the top of the least corrupt list is Singapore (if it is even southern hemisphere)-

So, it seems that the Kiwis are not just best at Rugby.....
And they are importing the new Defender in its 90 form...

So why do all the Kiwis come over to Aus and stay here.....maybe you can start a Kiwi return home movement.......unless of course they come to Australia to look at the Trophy the "best rugby team" seems to have a lot of difficulty winning.

Australia was in the top ten for a few years but have dropped back to eleventh. Maybe the wheat scandal as the results are perception based and it had a lot of press internationally.
Perhaps NZ doesn't have anything worth being bribed for :wasntme:

You can **** right off as well.:D
We South Aussies like where we live & would not swap with the brash, pushy, ratrace Eastern Seaboard States for all the oil in Oz.
You can keep the GP, & if you like, you can have the CLIPSAL 500 as well.:D

And theres something wrong with that!;) Shouldn't judge a book by its cover or a PM by their looks, otherwise where would that leave you lot :D:D Its sort of nice to be able to sit back & watch the rest of the world blunder on & have the chance not to repeat them, mind you we've got our share of mindless clots who would swap our clean green beauty for a quick buck, but where Jack is & where I am we're enough away from where the wannabee world changers  live that it ain't bad. I think so anyways, I like it here. Not to say I don't want to travel. Its just nice to know what you've got to come back to.:)

The hunch back of Notre Dame went to the Guinness Book of World Records to get installed as the world's ugliest person.
He came out and announced to the press "Who the hell is Helen Clarke"?
I am married to a KIWI and she is totally corruptable. Bottle of champers and a chinese meal and she will let me take the Red Terror out to play anytime.

In fact (G*d, that sounds pompous) we became a self governing Dominion in 1840, prior to that we were administered from NSW. But hey, whos counting, thanks for the pro ABs sentiments, it nice to read. I'll be sitting up over the next while for the odd Haka or three I hope. Speaking of Hakas, they showed a bunch of French ballerinas doing a mock Haka on stage in France on the TV news last night. In ABs Jerseys with the fern & wee, tiny, miniscule (get the picture :D ) black shorts. Now that I could have watched for a lot longer.:):)

I can't wait for the Ull Blucks to choke the chook again in the World Cup Semis.
Any World Cup match with the Ull Blucks or a Bledisloe normally sees me in the dog House with Er Indoors for at least a week.
Why is Bondi so popular with Kiwis? Closest Dole Office to Auckland

We Kiwi's just love to see historic sites, like the first landing place of the first load of convicts, sorry, settlers in Aussie :wasntme::p
