Anyone in Perth interested in an outing next weekend? (6/7 Oct).
Harvey would be good but powerlines at least should be do-able. I sort of know my around Harvey now but it would be good to have some of the previous trippers along for support.
Now the beast is fixed and I have been away for a while I'm itching for a play. :)

Frenchie,
That's a great idea. I'm keen, but not sure if my vehicle is. I'm waiting for some parts to arrive from the UK. If they arrive in time I should have it up and running, and will definately be along. Will keep you posted in any case.
Cheers

were probably up for it the new beast should be up and running by then and it'll be good to take it out before it's totally stripped ready for painting. if not might bring the disco depending on where your going.

Hi Tony

Sunday might be doable if we've finished unpacking - moved house Friday, and this weekend is chaos! Probably won't make Harvey, but a local trip like the powerlines would be good.

Mmm, seems like everyone is busy this weekend, and my social secretary has just reminded me that we have an engagement to go to on Sat. I'll look at organising something later in the month.

I'll be up for an outing later in the month :BigThumb:
20th &/or 21st would be ideal for me, that way I can sort my electrical issues, cooling issues, install the 2nd battery with isolator switch and kill switch, fit in the inverter, the compressor and have the new suspension fitted! :D
But I can also do 13th-14th, I'll just have to settle for cooling and electricals :)

I could be in this. I'll check with the cook/cleaner to see if she's got my weekend planned as usual. If not I'll be in it.
It'll probably be a bit dryer as well which hopefully will stop the waterboard types from whinging about mud in the dams!
Here's hoping.

Weekend of 20/21 would be good for me. At this range we should be able to organise a Harvey day?

Yep, should be dry enough not to get too much mud in the Disco, will keep a close eye on it, only for the one day for me though
