Replying to the thread "Directory of Expertise" made me think of the schools I had attended so I pose the question,
How many schools did members attend.
I went to 10 schools in my 10 years of school life.

What happened to you two.........demotion eh;)
NSW - 6 years in primary
Qld - 8 years in primary
I actually jumped a year which really annoyed my twin sister. She was in my class at St Marys High (Ist Year) then we moved to Qld. She went a couple of months before me and was put into 7th Grade at Calamvale. When I went up, I was put into 8th Grade at Calamvale - so I effectively jumped a year. (That's why I finished Sixth Form (Year 12) at age 16.)
What was worse was that we were both in the same room as the teacher taught 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade in the same room. :D
Also, in NSW we often vied for first place in our class so there was no question of it being due to superior ability on my part.
I might have gone to school around Dolans Bay as I was living there for a while in 1960. I can't remember which school
