My understanding is they aren't published and you can get the information by getting a (payed) subscription to LR's Global Technical Reference Site (http://www.landrovertechinfo.com/extlrprod/index2.jsp?langid=en&doclang=1)

G'day garryc
As far as I know there are no CD's or printed manuals available .....only the GTR.
The good news is that you can subscribe (at reduced cost ) online for 1 model and for 1 day and pay by card! This gives you the chance to download and save the parts you are interested in. The amount of information available is staggering.
For example the D3 wiring diagrams alone are many hundreds of A4 pages and to understand them you need to cross reference to the workshop manual and the electrical trouble shooting manual. It's not rocket science but it is very time consuming !
ps. when filling out your GTR subscription page put something (anything ) in the 'company' field or it will refuse your application !

I took your advice and got a one month subscription. Like you say it takes time to get all you want but it is there for all Land Rovers.:D
