So whats the go?
You drain the juice out of the bottom or does the vodka get soaked up by the melon and you eat as normal????
Rockmelon with a 375ml bottle,sounds yum!!!!

Wonder what it would be like with one of the good Polish flavoured vodkas? Perhaps a waste of good vodka, but maybe not. Worth trying.

Well we used this really cheap nasty russian vodka called Cozachok or cause a shock which is what it did to you and it was only about 6 shekels per 750ml bottle :eek2:.

If you were traveling on corrigations, and had a fridge/freezer, there is no reason you couldnt make a vodka watermelon sorbet.... id put a tiny bit of ceyanne pepper in it... it would work.

would also need a sugar syrup though... which isnt hard.

Used to do the same sort of thing with oranges and a big syringe full of vodka to take into the cricket, as well as healthy you got a tad tippsy :twobeers:
