now back to your Q, have no idea, the speedo look slike it is in mph, so its a yank car, their is a horse on the button, have no idea , but the heater and demister controls look ford , so how about a yank ford explorer.

The ventilation/ heating controls look the same as in a D1/D2.

It looks like all the switch gear is generic ford. The light switch is from the focus too.
