I have to do a couple of minor touch up welds under a caravan. I guess like a car I should make sure any batterys are disconnected and all electrical items are turned off ?.
Is there anything else ?.

It will just me a mild steel bracket. Just wanted to know if I should look out for anything else from electrical, which I thought of the gas lines so I think I have answered my own question.
You can delete the thread if you want or get outlaw to.

if its the solar powered unit leave it in the sun for a day...

they have a habit of playing up when the batteries get iffy.

the little cells that are in the solarpowered ones do not take kindly to being let go dead flat.

Not sure of the brand Craig, but mine have a Lithium battery as well as the solar cell. Check to see if yours has one.
