OSX leopard

Hi all
OSX leopard comes out on the 26th of October. Anyone here tried it yet? anyone planning on upgrading?
I noticed its only $158au, on the apple website.This will be a full version right? not just an upgrade disc. I mean i can do a complete reformat and install with it?

Had a look at it a few days ago, damn thing wont run on my Mac, my G4 733 QS just doesn't have enough grunt....grrr....
