Any idea market value 2005 110?

Hi All

I may be looking at selling my 2005 Defender 100 wagon before long. It has 96000km, mostly country running and in VGC. Hasn't been on the beach either. Not a lot in the way of extras...LR fuel tank, snorkel. I'm thinking maybe high $30k to low $40k.

Can anyone, who has a better idea than me, suggest a starting price please?
